“One of the best Kerala restaurants in Toronto! Great ambiance, tasty food and wonderful service. Been visiting this place many times and have had a variety of options from their menu.
My favorites are the Fish Pollichathu (fish wrapped n cooked in banana leaf) with Parotta. The parottas are not too oily or thick – they are thin n flaky, just the way it should be. Have also tried their biriyanis and meals.”
I had come to this place to try out some proper Kerala food. I had ordered the Porotta with Pork Roast, Beef Curry, the Fried Rice and the Ghee Rice. The food was tasty , literally gave me the same taste we get from the hotels in Kerala. The ambience of the place was really good too , definitely worth coming to dine in at. The only issue was that the portions were less for the price they charged for the food. Definitely worth trying it out.
Literally one of the best Kerala Restaurant in Toronto. There are numerous seating options. Neat and clean and present ambiance, felt like having food in a restaurant in Kerala. The services was excellent. Tried lots of dishes like Chicken Biriyani, Porotta & Beef Fry, Chakka Vevichath and Fish Shappu roast. The dessert we ordered was Neyipayasam with ice cream and it was l finger Licking good. Total bill was 89.21 after tax.
Really appreciate the guys who behind this restaurant because I’ve tried lots of other Kerala restaurants in GTA and most of the stores doesn’t do any justice to the food.
My experience with the fish curry meals were good. The fish fry was also good. the restaurant is going through a good phase of growth. Kudos to all the good gestures given.
Besides home, my next best place in Toronto for authentic Kerala food. Love the fried matthi, akoli and aila. Their kappa and pork is unique.
One of the best places in Scarborough to get Kerala food. Their interior and ambience is really good. No compromise for food too. They’ve variety of options. Go and enjoy with your friends and family.
Mr John’s just made our day! What food. Everything from the Mix Veg, the pork roast to the appam and Kerala parota were delectable to say the least! Felt like I was transported to the backwaters of Kerala!!!
The food, especially the Nadan Beef Curry, tasted just like how you’ll get in Kerala or homemade beef curry. The Malayalam songs playing in the background transports you back to India. The kerala parotta and appam was beyong delicous! Also, special shout out to the server who was patient with us as we kept ordering for more!
